Hi! My name is Kiera Goetz. It looks confusing with too many vowels, but the pronunciation is straightforward: "Kear-uh Gets." Over a decade ago, I stepped out from behind my sedentary desk job and became a fitness instructor. Over time, I became certified in Pilates, Yoga, Personal Training, and Health Coaching.

This breadth of experience allows us to collaborate in building a practice that truly complements your unique fitness journey and health goals.
